Your conference pass includes unlimited access to all conference rooms, as well as the business and practice management program and the industry exhibition. Lunch on both days is also included (even for trainees and students).
Conference TFA (Veterinary Medical Assistant)

Your conference pass includes unlimited access to all TFA conference rooms, as well as the business and practice management program and the industry exhibition. Lunch on both days is also included (even for trainees and students).
industrial ticket
Get your ticket now for €75!
This ticket entitles you to enter the on-site EXPO (industrial exhibition). It does not include admission to the conferences. You can upgrade to include the conferences at any time for an additional fee.
Visitors with an industry ticket can use the catering area at their own expense.
General information
Tickets are only available to purchase online. There will be no on-site sales. You can still book during the event, paying via PayPal or credit card.
Cancellation and Revocation
Tickets can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event starts.
A cancellation fee of €25 will be charged.
This service is available immediately!
However, you can transfer your conference pass to another member of your practice free of charge.
We reserve the right to make changes to the announced program or speakers, for which you will not be entitled to compensation or a refund.
If the in-person event cannot take place due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond HINTE’s control, purchasers will be informed immediately. The ticket will remain valid for digital participation. Claims for damages or other financial losses and expenses are excluded, unless such costs are attributable to gross negligence or intentional misconduct by HINTE.
Conference tickets cannot be resold.
